Welcome to Revol Carz Makeover Pte Ltd ("Revol Carz", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.revol.com.sg (the "Site") and any services arranged through it. By browsing the Site, sending an inquiry, booking an appointment, or otherwise interacting with us through this Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

01Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may revise these Terms from time to time, with revisions taking effect when published on this page. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Permitted use

You are welcome to:

• Read information about our services
• Send us inquiries via our online form, WhatsApp, email, or phone
• Request quotations or book appointments
• Share links to public pages on the Site with attribution

03Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or republish content from the Site without our written permission, except as permitted under Singapore copyright law for fair use
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Site
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, harvesters) to access the Site, except for search engine crawlers that obey our robots.txt
• Impersonate us, our staff, or any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Submit false, defamatory, or misleading information through our forms, WhatsApp, or chat channels
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, harassment, or breach of intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to access non-public areas, or compromise its security

04Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, illustrations, video, branding, code, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Revol Carz and is protected under the Copyright Act 2021 of Singapore and international copyright treaties. The Revol Carz and ZeTough names and logos are trademarks of Revol Carz Makeover Pte Ltd. You may not use any of our marks without our prior written consent.

05Your submissions

If you send us photos of your vehicle, written feedback, voice notes, or any other content ("Submissions") through our forms, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel, you grant Revol Carz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish the Submissions for the purpose of providing the service you requested and, where you have separately consented, for marketing or showcase purposes (for example, before-and-after photos in our Case Studies or Showcase). You retain ownership of your Submissions.

06Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party services (for example, Google Maps, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). These are provided for convenience. We have no control over the content, policies, or availability of these third-party services and accept no responsibility for them. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's terms and privacy policy.

07Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

08No warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Revol Carz, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed S$100.

This limitation does not exclude or limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

10Service terms are separate

Quotations, booking confirmations, and the work we do on your vehicle are governed by the separate service agreement (and any associated warranty) we issue at the time of booking, not these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement prevails for matters relating to that service.

11Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revol Carz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

13Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
