🎨What the car came in for
This Audi A4 came to Revol Carz for a full body respray. The owner wanted the paintwork restored properly, which meant starting from the surface up rather than painting over what was already there.
Over six working days the car was stripped down to bare panels, the surface checked and patched, wet-sanded repeatedly until smooth, then masked, resprayed, and polished. The series starts on Day 2 of the process, mid strip-down, through to the Day 7 before and after reveal. A ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating was applied to seal and protect the finished paintwork.

🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray is not just a change of colour. The result depends on what happens before any paint is applied: dismantling trim and panels, checking the surface for chips, dents, and imperfections, patching uneven areas with filler, and wet-sanding repeatedly until the foundation is truly smooth.

At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded again, then carefully masked before spraying. After the coat is laid and cured, the paint is sanded once more and polished to bring up the gloss. The car is then reassembled. A ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating on top keeps the fresh paint protected and glossy for the long term.
