What the car came in for

This Audi Q3 came to Revol Carz for a full body respray. The owner wanted its paintwork restored to showroom condition, a deep, even finish that starts with thorough preparation before any paint is laid.

Over seven days the car was stripped down, its panels patched and wet-sanded smooth, masked, then resprayed and polished. The photos below follow that process from arrival through to the before and after reveal, with the car finished in a ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating.

From strip-down to the reveal

What a full respray involves

A full respray is not just a change of colour. The result depends on what happens before any paint is laid: dismantling trim and parts, checking every surface for imperfections, patching chipped and uneven areas, and wet-sanding until the foundation is perfectly smooth.

At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded again, and carefully masked before spraying. After the coat is oven-baked, the paint is sanded once more, polished to a deep gloss, and the car is reassembled. A ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating seals the new paint and keeps it protected.
