What the car came in for

This BMW 218 came to Revol Carz for our flagship ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating. The owner wanted the paintwork protected and easy to maintain, with a showroom finish that holds up over the years.

Our team prepped and decontaminated the body, then applied the ZeTough Titanium coating in our workshop. The photos below show the 218 at the end of the visit, with the protected finish locked in.

What a ZeTough Titanium coating does

ZeTough Titanium is our premium paint protection coating: a harder, more durable layer than our standard ceramic option, designed for owners who want the longest-lasting finish we offer. It bonds to the clear coat and shields the factory paint from swirl marks, light scratches, and chemical staining.

The coating is SGS-certified and rated to 9H scratch resistance, with strong UV and chemical resistance. The surface stays smooth to the touch and very reflective, so the car keeps a showroom shine and washes off more easily because dirt does not bond as readily to the coated surface.
