🎨What the car came in for
This BMW 320i came to Revol Carz with paintwork that had deteriorated over time. Scarred by stone chips, surface blemishes, and dull, faded paint across the whole body, the owner wanted it restored to the condition it left the factory in.
Over seven days the car was stripped down, panels patched and wet-sanded smooth, carefully masked, then resprayed and polished. The photos below follow that process from the day it arrived to the before and after reveal, with the finished car sealed in a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating.

🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray is not just a colour change. The result depends on the preparation: dismantling trim and components, checking the surface for chips and imperfections, patching uneven areas with filler, and wet-sanding repeatedly until the foundation is truly smooth.

Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating
At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded again, then carefully masked before any paint is laid. After the coat is sprayed and cured, the paint is sanded once more and machine-polished to bring up the shine. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating on top keeps the new paint protected and glossy for years.
