🎨What the car came in for
This BMW 5 Series arrived at Revol Carz in poor paint condition: deep scratches, areas of paint peel-off, stone chips across the body, and visible dents. The owner wanted a new coat of paint that would bring the car back to the standard it left the factory in.
Over seven days the car was stripped down, its surfaces patched and wet-sanded, masked, then resprayed and polished. The job finished with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating to keep the new paint protected and looking its best. The photos below follow that process from the day the car arrived through to the before and after reveal.

🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray is not just a coat of paint over the existing surface. The quality of the result depends on the preparation: stripping panels and trim, assessing every surface for chips and dents, applying filler and sanding it back, then wet-sanding the whole car until the foundation is smooth enough to take paint evenly.

Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating
At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded again, and carefully masked before the paint goes on. After spraying and baking, the paint is wet-sanded once more and polished to a deep shine before reassembly. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating is then applied to seal the new paintwork and protect it from chips, UV, and weathering.
