What the car came in for

This BMW 520i came to Revol Carz for a ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating. The owner wanted long-term gloss and protection for the paintwork, well beyond what regular waxing delivers.

The team prepped and decontaminated the body, then applied the ZeTough Titanium coating in the workshop. The photos below show the 520i at the end of the visit, with the protected finish locked in.

What a ZeTough Titanium coating does

ZeTough Titanium is our premium paint protection coating. It bonds to the clear coat and forms a hard, transparent layer that takes the daily hits before they reach the factory paint, so swirl marks, light scratches, and the grime that dulls a car all land on the coating first.

  • UV, chemical, and anti-graffiti resistance
  • Extreme hydrophobic, self-cleaning surface
  • Premium long-term gloss and protection

It is SGS-tested and rated above 9H scratch resistance, with strong UV and chemical resistance, anti-graffiti properties, and a very hydrophobic surface. Day to day, the car stays glossier for longer and washes off more easily because dirt does not bond as readily to the coated surface.
