BMW 520i, resprayed and sealed in ceramic.

This BMW 520i came in covered in scratches, stone chips, and panel blemishes. Over seven days the car was stripped down, patched, resprayed, and finished with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating.

What the car came in for

This BMW 520i arrived at Revol Carz with significant damage across multiple panels: long scratches, short scratches, stone chips, and various surface blemishes that ruled out a panel-by-panel touch-up. A full respray was the right call.

Over seven days the car was disassembled, every surface patched and wet-sanded smooth, then resprayed in the booth and machine-polished to a gloss. The work finished with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating to keep the new paint looking its best.

What a full respray involves

A full respray is not just a colour refresh. The result depends on the preparation: stripping off trim and parts, identifying every scratch and chip, filling and sanding the surface smooth, and checking it is perfectly level before any paint goes on.

  • Surface stripped, patched, and wet-sanded smooth before any paint
  • Primer coat for a stable, long-lasting finish
  • Oven-baked, then sanded and machine-polished to a deep gloss
  • Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating

At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded again, then carefully masked before entering the spray booth. Once the coat is laid and cured, the paint is sanded once more, machine-polished for gloss, and the car is fully reassembled. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating seals the new finish and protects it for years.
