🎨What the car came in for
This BMW 528i came to Revol Carz with paint chips and scratches over many areas of the body. The owner wanted the car restored to its original showroom finish, which meant a full respray rather than spot repairs.
Over seven days the car was stripped down, the surface patched and wet-sanded to a smooth, even foundation, then masked and resprayed. After polishing and reassembly, the new paint was sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating. The photos below follow that work from arrival through to the before and after reveal.

🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray is more than paint. The result depends entirely on the preparation: dismantling trim and panels, checking every surface for chips and imperfections, patching with filler, and wet-sanding until the foundation is perfectly smooth.
Surface stripped, patched, and wet-sanded smooth before any paint
Primer coat for a stable, long-lasting finish
Oven-baked, then sanded and polished to a deep shine
Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating
At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded again, and carefully masked before spraying. After the coat is laid and oven-baked, the paint is sanded once more, machine-polished to a deep gloss, and the car is reassembled. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating on top keeps the new finish protected and glossy wash after wash.
