🎨What the car came in for
The owner of this BMW M3 wanted to bring back the showroom feel of the car. The paintwork had aged, so the M3 came in for a full exterior respray.
Over the course of a week the team dismantled the necessary parts, checked the body for paintwork imperfections, patched and smoothed every chip and scratch, masked off the non-painted surfaces, and resprayed the car in the booth before polishing it back to a deep shine. The photos below follow the car from arrival to the finished reveal.

🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray is mostly preparation. Before any colour goes on, the team dismantles the parts that come off, patches chips, wet-sands the whole body smooth, and masks off every surface that should not be painted. A sound, even foundation is what makes the final finish look right.
Removable parts dismantled before any spraying
Chips patched and the body wet-sanded smooth
Every non-painted surface masked before spraying
Full exterior coat applied in a dedicated spray booth
Once the car is sprayed in the booth, the paint is wet-sanded and buffed to bring up the shine, and the trim and parts are refitted. The result is an even, glossy finish across every panel.
