BMW M4, resprayed for a smoother, deeper finish.

The owner of this BMW M4 wanted a smoother, more refined finish than the paintwork had, so the car came in for a full respray and a ZeTough Titanium coating.

What the car came in for

This BMW M4 came to Revol Carz for a full respray. The owner wanted a smoother, more refined finish across every panel, the kind of result that comes from proper preparation and careful layering, not colour alone.

Over seven days the car was stripped down, its panels corrected and wet-sanded smooth, masked, then resprayed and polished to a mirror finish. The photos below follow that work from the day it arrived through to the before and after reveal, with the car sealed in a ZeTough Titanium coating at the end.

What a full respray involves

A full respray is not just a change of colour. The result depends on what happens before any paint is laid: dismantling trim and parts, checking the surface for imperfections, patching uneven areas with filler, and wet-sanding until the foundation is smooth.

  • Surface stripped, filled, and wet-sanded smooth before any paint
  • Primer coat for a stable, long-lasting finish
  • Compound-polished to a mirror shine
  • Sealed with a ZeTough Titanium coating

At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded again, then carefully masked before spraying. After the coat is laid, the paint is compound-polished to a mirror finish and the car is reassembled. A ZeTough Titanium coating on top keeps the new paint protected and glossy for years.
