🎨What the car came in for
This Honda Civic came to Revol Carz for a full body respray. The owner wanted the paintwork restored properly, which meant starting from scratch rather than spraying over an uneven surface.
The work ran across six days: strip-down and dismantling on day two, surface inspection and repair on day three, wet-sanding on day four, masking on day five, then the spray booth, polishing, and reassembly on day seven. The car was finished with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating. The photos below follow the job from strip-down to the before and after reveal.

🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray is not just colour. The result depends on what happens before any paint goes on: removing trim and parts so every edge is reached, checking the surface for dents and scratches, patching and filling imperfections, and wet-sanding until the foundation is flat and smooth.
Trim and parts stripped so every panel edge is painted
Surface patched, filled, and wet-sanded smooth before any coat
Primer laid, then oven-baked colour coat, then sanded and polished
Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating
At Revol Carz panels are primed, wet-sanded again, then masked before the car enters the spray booth. After the coat is laid and oven-baked, the paint is sanded once more and machine-polished for depth. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating on top locks in the new finish and keeps it glossy long-term.
