Honda Odyssey, resprayed back to a like-new shine.

Water stains and scratches had dulled this Honda Odyssey's white paintwork, so the MPV came in for a full body respray and a ZeTough ceramic coating.

White Honda Odyssey, glossy after its full respray at Revol Carz.

What the car came in for

This Honda Odyssey came to Revol Carz with paintwork that looked washed out. Water stains and scratches had dulled what was once a bright white finish, and the owner wanted that new car look back.

Over seven days the MPV was stripped down, its panels repaired and wet-sanded smooth, masked, then resprayed and polished. The photos below follow that work from the day it arrived through to the before and after reveal, with the car sealed in a ZeTough ceramic coating at the end.

What a full respray involves

A full respray is not just a change of colour. The result depends on what happens before any paint is laid: dismantling trim and parts, checking the surface for scratches and blemishes, patching uneven areas with filler, and wet-sanding until the foundation is smooth.

  • Surface stripped, filled, and wet-sanded smooth before any paint
  • Every panel masked to protect trim and glass
  • Wet-sanded again and polished after spraying
  • Sealed with a ZeTough ceramic coating

At Revol Carz the panels are masked carefully before spraying, then the new coat is laid in the booth. After spraying, the paint is wet-sanded again and polished, and the car is reassembled. A ZeTough ceramic coating on top keeps the new paint protected and glossy for years.
