Honda Vezel, fully resprayed and sealed with ZeTough Ceramic.

This Honda Vezel came in with paint peeling, dents, and scratches across the body. Over seven days it was stripped down, patched, sanded, resprayed, polished, and sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating.

What the car came in for

This Honda Vezel arrived at Revol Carz with paint peeling off sections of the body, a large dent, and scratches spread across multiple panels. The owner wanted the car restored to a clean, even finish throughout.

Over seven days the car was stripped down, its body panels repaired and wet-sanded smooth, carefully masked, then resprayed and polished. After reassembly the car was sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating. The photos below follow that process from arrival through to the before and after reveal.

From strip-down to the reveal

What a full respray involves

A full respray starts long before any paint is applied. The car is stripped of trim, lights, and panels so every edge and surface is accessible. Body panels are checked for dents and chips, repaired with filler, then wet-sanded until the surface is flat and smooth throughout.

  • Full strip-down so every panel and edge is painted cleanly
  • Body repairs: dents patched, surface wet-sanded smooth before primer
  • Oven-baked colour coat, then sanded and polished to a deep shine
  • Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating

At Revol Carz the car is then primed, wet-sanded again, and carefully masked before going into the spray booth. After the colour coat is applied and baked, the paint is sanded back and machine-polished to a deep shine. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating seals the new paintwork and keeps it protected for years.
