Hyundai Tucson, resprayed back to showroom condition.

The owner of this Hyundai Tucson wanted the paintwork refreshed, so the car came in for a full respray and a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating.

What the car came in for

This Hyundai Tucson came to Revol Carz with dull, blemished paintwork. The owner wanted the surface brought back to showroom condition, which meant a full respray rather than a spot repair.

Over seven days the car was stripped down, panels patched and wet-sanded smooth, masked, then resprayed and polished. The photos below follow that work from the day it arrived through to the before and after reveal. The job finished with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating to keep the new paint glossy and protected.

What a full respray involves

A full respray is not just a colour change. The result depends on what happens before any paint is laid: dismantling trim and parts, inspecting the surface for chips and dents, patching with filler, and wet-sanding until the foundation is smooth.

At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded again, then masked before spraying. After the coat is laid and cured, the paint is sanded once more, polished to bring up the shine, and the car is reassembled. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating on top keeps the new paint protected and glossy for the long term.
