Land Rover Discovery, resprayed to a fresh factory finish.
This Land Rover Discovery came in for a full body respray. Over six working days the car was stripped down, patched, wet-sanded, masked, and resprayed, then sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating.
This Land Rover Discovery came to Revol Carz for a full respray. The owner wanted its paintwork properly restored, a clean, even finish achieved through careful preparation rather than just a quick colour change.
The work ran across six days. The car was stripped down so every panel edge could be reached, the surface patched and wet-sanded smooth, then masked and taken into the spray booth. After the paint was oven-baked it was sanded again, polished to bring up the gloss, and the car was reassembled. The photos below follow the process from the first day of strip-down through to the before and after reveal, with the car finished in a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating.

🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray is not just a colour change. The quality of the result depends on what happens before any paint is applied: dismantling trim and removable parts, inspecting every panel, patching chipped and uneven areas with filler, and wet-sanding until the surface is flat and smooth.

Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating
At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded again, then carefully masked before spraying. After the coat is laid and oven-baked, the paint is sanded once more and polished to bring up the gloss. The car is then reassembled, and a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating is applied on top to protect the new finish and keep it glossy for years.
