🎨What the car came in for
This Mazda 6 came to Revol Carz for a complete full body respray. The owner wanted the paintwork restored properly, with every panel stripped back, checked, and refinished rather than painted over surface imperfections.
The car was with the team for six working days. It was stripped down, the panels inspected and patched, the entire surface wet-sanded smooth, then sprayed, oven-baked, polished, and reassembled. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating was applied on top to seal and protect the new finish.

🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray starts long before any paint is sprayed. The car is stripped of its trim, lights, and panels so every surface edge is accessible. The bodywork is then checked for dents, chips, and scratches, each one filled, patched, and sanded back level.
Strip-down so every panel edge and hidden seam gets painted
Surface patched, primed, and wet-sanded before spraying
Oven-baked paint, then sanded and polished to a deep gloss
Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating
At Revol Carz the surface is primed and wet-sanded repeatedly until it is perfectly smooth. Only then does the car go into the spray booth. Once the coat is laid and oven-baked, the paint is sanded again, machine-polished to a deep gloss, and the car is reassembled. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating on top keeps the new paint sealed and protected.
