This Mercedes-Benz A180 arrived at Revol Carz with scratches, dents, and stone chips on several panels. The owner wanted the car returned to proper condition, which meant a full body respray rather than spot repairs.
Over seven days the car was stripped of its panels, lights, and trim. Each surface was examined, patched, and wet-sanded smooth before masking and spraying. After the new coat was laid, the panels were polished and the car reassembled, then finished with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating. The photos below follow the work from day one through to the before and after reveal.

🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray starts well before any paint goes on. The car is dismantled: panels, lights, trim, and bumpers all come off so every edge and corner can be reached. Each surface is then inspected closely, damaged areas patched with filler, and the whole car wet-sanded until the foundation is perfectly smooth.

Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating
At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded again, and carefully masked before spraying. After the coat is laid and baked, the paint is sanded once more and machine-polished to bring up the shine. The car is then reassembled and can be finished with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating to keep the new paint protected and glossy for years.
