This Mercedes-Benz C180 arrived at Revol Carz with faded paint, paint peel, stone chips, and scratches across the body. The owner wanted the car repainted properly and protected so the finish would last.
Over seven days the car was stripped of its trim and panels, the surface patched and wet-sanded smooth, then sprayed in the booth and polished. The photos below follow that work from the day it arrived through to the before and after reveal, with the car sealed in a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating at the end.

🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray starts long before any paint goes on. Trim and panels are dismantled so every edge is accessible. The surface is checked for chips, peel, and scratches, which are patched with filler and wet-sanded flat. Only once the foundation is smooth does the car go into the spray booth.

Sprayed in a controlled booth, then polished to a deep gloss
Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating
At Revol Carz the panels are primed, sanded again, and carefully masked before the colour coat is applied. After spraying, the paint is polished to bring up the gloss, the car is reassembled, and a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating is applied on top to keep the finish protected.
