What the car came in for

This new Mercedes-Benz CLA180 came to Revol Carz fresh from delivery, for a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating. The owner wanted long-term protection against harsh elements and a showroom-condition look that holds up well beyond regular waxing.

Our team prepped and decontaminated the paintwork, then applied the ZeTough Ceramic coating in our workshop. The photos below show the CLA180 at the end of the visit, with the protected finish locked in.

What a ZeTough Ceramic coating does

ZeTough Ceramic is a hard, transparent layer applied on top of the paint. It bonds to the clear coat and sits between the world and your factory finish, so swirl marks, light scratches, and the everyday grime that dulls a car all hit the coating first.

  • 9H scratch resistance, SGS-tested
  • UV and chemical resistance to keep paint bright
  • Glossier finish that lasts well beyond regular waxing
  • Easier washes: dirt and grime release more cleanly

The coating is SGS-tested and rated to 9H scratch resistance, with strong UV and chemical resistance. Day to day, the car stays glossier for longer and washes off more easily because dirt does not bond as readily to the coated surface.
