What the car came in for

This Mercedes-Benz E63 came to Revol Carz for a ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating. The owner wanted long-lasting shine and an SGS-tested, scratch-resistant shield over the factory paint.

Our team prepped and decontaminated the bodywork, then applied the ZeTough Titanium coating in our workshop. The photos below show the E63 at the end of the visit, with the protected finish locked in.

What a ZeTough Titanium coating does

ZeTough Titanium is our premium paint protection coating. It bonds to the clear coat and adds a hard, transparent shield over the factory finish, so light scratches, UV, and everyday grime all hit the coating first instead of the paint.

  • Above 9H scratch resistance, SGS-tested
  • Strong UV, chemical, and weather resistance
  • Hydrophobic finish that sheds water and dirt
  • Long-lasting gloss well beyond regular waxing

It is SGS-tested with above 9H pencil hardness, strong hydrophobic behaviour, and resistance to chemicals, weather, and oxidation. Day to day, the car holds its gloss longer and washes off more easily because dirt does not bond as readily to the coated surface.
