What the car came in for

This Mercedes-Benz S400 came to Revol Carz after a full spray painting job and was finished with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating. The owner wanted to restore the showroom look and protect the fresh paint for the long haul.

Our team carried out the spray painting, then handed the car over to the detailing side for interior and exterior grooming, followed by the ZeTough Ceramic coating. The photos below show the S400 at the end of the visit, with the coating locked in.

What a ZeTough Ceramic coating does

ZeTough Ceramic is a hard, transparent layer applied on top of the paint. It bonds to the clear coat and sits between the world and your factory finish, so swirl marks, light scratches, and everyday grime hit the coating first.

  • 9H scratch resistance, SGS-tested
  • UV and chemical resistance to keep paint bright
  • Glossier finish that lasts well beyond regular waxing
  • Easier washes: dirt and grime release more cleanly

The coating is SGS-tested and rated to 9H scratch resistance, with strong UV and chemical resistance. Day to day, the car stays glossier for longer and washes off more easily because dirt does not bond as readily to the coated surface.
