Mercedes-Benz SLK200, resprayed to a flawless finish.

This 2022 booking saw a Mercedes-Benz SLK200 in for a full exterior respray, finished with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection treatment.

What the car came in for

This Mercedes-Benz SLK200 came in during 2022 for a full exterior respray. The owner wanted the bodywork brought back to a flawless, like-new condition.

The team dismantled the parts that needed to come away, checked the body for paintwork imperfections, patched them, then wet-sanded the whole surface level before masking and spraying it in the booth. After spraying, the surface was sanded again and polished, the parts were refitted, and a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection treatment sealed the finish. What a full respray involves

A full respray is mostly preparation. Before any colour goes on, the team checks the body for imperfections, patches them, then wet-sands the whole surface level and masks off every area that should not be painted. A sound, even foundation is what makes the final finish look right.

  • Full exterior coat applied in a dedicated spray booth
  • Polished to a deep shine and sealed with ZeTough Ceramic

Once the car is sprayed in the booth, the paint is wet-sanded again and polished to bring up the shine, the trim and parts are refitted, and a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection treatment is applied on top to keep the finish glossy and protected wash after wash.
