Nissan Almera, restored to showroom condition.

The owner wanted the Almera's paintwork brought back to its best. The car came in for a full body respray, finished with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating.

What the car came in for

This Nissan Almera came to Revol Carz with a straightforward goal: bring the paintwork back to the condition it left the showroom in. The owner wanted a fresh, even finish across the whole car.

Over several days the car was masked, resprayed in the booth by the painting team, then polished and reassembled. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating was applied at the end to keep the new paint protected and glossy. The photos below follow the car from arrival through to the before and after reveal.

From masking to the reveal

What a full respray involves

A full respray restores more than colour. The result depends on preparation: masking off every surface that should not be painted, checking the body for imperfections, and making sure the foundation is sound before any paint is laid.

  • All non-painted surfaces masked before spraying
  • Full body coat applied in a dedicated spray booth
  • Compound-polished and machine-polished to a deep shine
  • Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating

At Revol Carz the car is carefully masked, then taken into the spray booth where the new coat is applied. After spraying, the paint is compound-polished and machine-polished to bring up the shine, the parts are reassembled, and a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating is applied on top to keep the finish protected for years.
