What the car came in for

This Nissan Note arrived at Revol Carz with damaged and faded paintwork. The owner wanted a full body respray to bring the car back to a clean, even finish.

Over seven days the car was stripped down, its panels inspected and repaired, wet-sanded smooth, masked, then resprayed and polished before reassembly. The photos below follow that work from the day it arrived through to the before and after reveal.

What a full respray involves

A full respray starts with proper preparation. Trim and parts come off so every edge is accessible. The surface is inspected for scratches, dents, and chips, and each imperfection is repaired before any paint is applied.

  • Surface stripped, patched, and wet-sanded smooth before any paint
  • Primer coat for a stable, long-lasting finish
  • Oven-baked, then sanded and polished to a deep shine

At Revol Carz the panels are wet-sanded smooth, primed, masked, then sprayed in the booth. After the coat is laid the paint is sanded and polished to bring up the shine, and the car is carefully reassembled.
