🎨What the car came in for
This Porsche 718 Cayman came to Revol Carz with stone chips and scratches across several of its panels. The owner wanted the paintwork restored to showroom condition, which meant a full body respray rather than spot repairs.
Over seven days the car was stripped down, every panel patched and wet-sanded smooth, masked, then resprayed and polished. The photos below follow that process from arrival through to the before and after reveal. A ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection treatment was applied at the end to keep the new finish protected.

🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray starts well before any paint is laid. The car is stripped of trim and removable parts so every panel edge is accessible. Chips and scratches are filled, and the entire surface is wet-sanded until it is smooth and level. That foundation is what makes the final finish consistent.
Stripped, patched, and wet-sanded before any paint is applied
Primer coat for a stable, even base
Oven-baked, sanded, and machine-polished to a deep gloss
Sealed with ZeTough Paint Protection for lasting coverage
At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded again, and carefully masked before entering the spray booth. After the coat is laid and oven-baked, the paint is sanded once more and machine-polished to bring out the gloss. The car is then reassembled and, where specified, sealed with a paint protection coating to preserve the new finish.
