🎨What the car came in for
This Porsche 911 Carrera rolled in for a fresh look. The owner wanted a new coat of paint paired with a ceramic coating for a showroom finish.
Over the course of a week the team removed bumpers, mirrors and door handles, wet-sanded the body smooth, masked off every non-painted surface, and resprayed the car in the booth. The fresh paint was oven-baked, sanded and polished before a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating went on. The photos below follow the car from arrival to the finished reveal.
🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray is mostly preparation. Before any colour goes on, the team patches chips, wet-sands the whole body smooth, and masks off every surface that should not be painted. A sound, even foundation is what makes the final finish look right.
- Body wet-sanded and levelled for an even surface
- Every non-painted surface masked before spraying
- Full exterior coat applied in a dedicated spray booth
- Buffed to a deep shine and sealed with ZeTough Ceramic
Once the car is sprayed in the booth, the paint is wet-sanded and buffed to bring up the shine, the trim and parts are refitted, and a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating is applied on top to keep the finish glossy and protected for years.
