🎨What the car came in for
This Porsche Macan came to us with deep scratches and many stone chips across the body. The owner wanted a new coat of paint to restore the car to showroom condition.
Over the course of a week the team dismantled the necessary components, repaired the scratches and blemishes, wet-sanded the body smooth, masked off every non-painted surface, and resprayed the car in the booth. The new paint was wet-sanded back, polished, and a ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating was applied. The photos below follow the car from arrival to the finished reveal.
🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray is mostly preparation. Before any colour goes on, the team dismantles the parts that get in the way, repairs scratches and stone chips, wet-sands the whole body smooth, and masks off every surface that should not be painted. A sound, even foundation is what makes the final finish look right.
- Necessary components dismantled for a clean, precise job
- Scratches and stone chips repaired and the body wet-sanded smooth
- Every non-painted surface masked before spraying
- Buffed to a deep shine and sealed with ZeTough Titanium
Once the car is sprayed in the booth, the paint is wet-sanded and polished to bring up the shine, and the trim and parts are refitted. A ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating is applied on top to keep the finish glossy and protected for years.
