This Renault Megane came in for paintwork repair and a full exterior respray, finished with a ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating to keep it glossy.

What the car came in for

The owner of this Renault Megane wanted the car restored to showroom condition. The paintwork needed repair, so the car came in for a full exterior respray.

Over the course of the job the team dismantled the necessary parts, checked and patched the paintwork imperfections, wet-sanded the body smooth, masked off the non-painted surfaces, and resprayed the car in the booth. A ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating went on at the end to keep the finish protected and glossy. The photos below follow the car from arrival to the finished reveal.

What a full respray involves

A full respray is mostly preparation. Before any colour goes on, the team patches chips, wet-sands the whole body smooth, and masks off every surface that should not be painted. A sound, even foundation is what makes the final finish look right.

  • Full exterior coat applied in a dedicated spray booth
  • Buffed to a deep shine and sealed with ZeTough Titanium

Once the car is sprayed in the booth, the paint is wet-sanded and buffed to bring up the shine, the trim and parts are refitted, and a ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating is applied on top to keep the finish glossy and protected for years.
