What the car came in for

This Subaru XV came to Revol Carz for a ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating. The owner wanted the paintwork protected against the elements and looking its best, with day-to-day washing made simpler thanks to the coating.

The team carried out a full interior and exterior detail, then applied the ZeTough Titanium coating in our workshop. The photos below show the XV at the end of the visit, with the protected finish locked in.

What a ZeTough Titanium coating does

ZeTough Titanium is the premium tier in the ZeTough range: a hard, transparent layer applied on top of the paint that bonds to the clear coat and takes the daily hits instead of the factory finish. Swirl marks, light scratches, and the grime that dulls paintwork all hit the coating first.

  • Extreme hydrophobic and self-cleaning behaviour
  • Strong UV, weather, and chemical resistance
  • Long-term showroom gloss with easier washes

The coating is SGS-tested with above-9H pencil hardness, strong UV and chemical resistance, and extreme hydrophobic behaviour. Day to day, the car stays glossier for longer and washes off more easily because dirt does not bond as readily to the coated surface.
