Toyota Estima, resprayed back to its best finish.

The paintwork on this Toyota Estima had oxidised, faded, and picked up stonechips and scratches across several panels. It came in for a full exterior respray and a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating.

What the car came in for

This Toyota Estima came to Revol Carz with oxidised and faded paintwork, stonechips, and scratches spread across multiple panels. The owner wanted the finish properly restored, so the car was booked in for a full exterior respray.

Over seven days the team stripped the car down, patched and wet-sanded each panel, masked it up, and resprayed the whole exterior. The photos below follow that process from arrival through to the final before and after shots, with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating applied to seal the new paint.

From strip-down to the reveal

The Toyota Estima as it arrived at Revol Carz, paintwork oxidised and scratched.

What a full respray involves

A full respray is not just a coat of paint. What determines the result is the preparation: dismantling trim and parts, finding every scratch, dent, and stonechip, patching them with filler, and wet-sanding until every panel is smooth and level.

  • Surface stripped, patched, and wet-sanded smooth before any paint
  • Primer coat for a stable, long-lasting finish
  • Oven-baked, then sanded and polished to a deep gloss
  • Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating

At Revol Carz the prepared surface is primed, wet-sanded again, then masked before the colour coat goes on in the spray booth. After baking the paint is sanded, polished to gloss, and the car is reassembled. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating on top keeps the new finish protected and glossy for years.
