🎨What the car came in for
This Toyota Noah came to Revol Carz for a full respray. The owner wanted the exterior brought back to showroom condition, with paintwork that looked as even and deep as the day the van left the factory.
Over several days the car was stripped down, every panel examined for scratches and dents, patched and wet-sanded smooth, then masked, sprayed, and polished. The photos below follow that work from the first day of strip-down through to the before and after reveal. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating was applied at the end to seal the new paint.

🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray is not just a change of colour. The quality of the result depends on the preparation: stripping off trim and parts, examining the surface for imperfections, patching and filling damaged areas, and wet-sanding until the foundation is flat and smooth.

Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating
At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded again, then carefully masked before the car goes into the spray booth. After the coat is laid and cured, the paint is sanded once more, polished to a deep shine, and the car is reassembled. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating on top keeps the new paint protected and glossy for years.
