Toyota Previa Aeras, resprayed front to back.

This Toyota Previa Aeras came in for a full body respray. Over several days the surface was repaired, masked, sprayed, polished, and sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating.

What the car came in for

This Toyota Previa Aeras came to Revol Carz for a full body respray. The goal was to restore its paintwork to a clean, even finish, starting from a thorough surface inspection and repair rather than paint alone.

The work covered several days: surface examination and patching on Day 3, masking and spraying followed by wet sanding and polishing on Day 5, then the final before and after reveal on Day 7. The car was finished with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating for lasting gloss.

What a full respray involves

A full respray is not just a change of colour. The result depends on what happens before any paint is laid: examining the surface, patching imperfections with filler, and sanding everything smooth so the paint has a clean foundation.

  • Surface examined, patched, and wet-sanded smooth before any paint
  • Primer coat for a stable, long-lasting finish
  • Oven-baked, then sanded and polished to a deep shine
  • Sealed with a ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating

At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded, and carefully masked before spraying. After the coat is laid the paint is sanded once more, machine-polished to bring up the gloss, and the car is reassembled. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating seals the new paint and keeps it glossy and protected long-term.
