🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray starts long before any paint is applied. The car is dismantled, every panel checked for chips, scratches, and low spots. Filler is applied where needed, then the entire surface is wet-sanded until it is flat and smooth. That preparation is what determines how the finish looks long-term.
Full strip-down so every panel edge is painted properly
Surface patched and wet-sanded before any primer goes on
Oven-baked, then polished to a deep gloss
Sealed with ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection
At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded again, and carefully masked before the car goes into the spray booth. After the coat is laid and baked, the paint is sanded, polished to a high gloss, and the car is reassembled. A ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection coating on top keeps the new paint protected and glossy for years.
