What the car came in for

This Volvo S60 came to Revol Carz for a ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating. The owner wanted long-lasting paint protection and a deep gloss that holds up wash after wash.

Our team prepped and decontaminated the body, then applied the ZeTough Titanium coating in our workshop. The photos below show the S60 at the end of the visit, with the protected finish locked in.

What a ZeTough Titanium coating does

ZeTough Titanium is our premium paint protection coating, the most durable option in the ZeTough range. It bonds to the clear coat and forms a hard, transparent layer that takes the everyday wear, light scratches, and grime that would otherwise dull the factory finish.

  • Above 9H scratch resistance, SGS-tested
  • Strong UV, chemical, and oxidation resistance
  • Highly hydrophobic, so water and grime release cleanly
  • Deep, long-lasting gloss with minimal maintenance

The coating is SGS-tested and rated above 9H scratch resistance, with strong UV, chemical, and oxidation resistance. Day to day, the car holds a deep gloss for longer and washes off more easily, because dirt and watermarks do not bond as readily to the coated surface.
