🎨What the car came in for
This Volvo S60R came to Revol Carz for a full body respray. The work started at Day 3 with a thorough surface inspection, each scratch and dent noted and patched before any paint was touched.
Over the following days the panels were wet-sanded smooth, masked carefully, then sprayed, wet-sanded again, and polished to bring up the gloss. The photos below follow that process through to the finished result.

🛠️What a full respray involves
A full respray is not just a change of colour. The result depends on what happens before any paint is laid: a thorough inspection for scratches and dents, patching and filling imperfections, and wet-sanding until the surface is truly smooth.

Sprayed, then wet-sanded and polished to a deep shine
Every panel covered: full body, not partial touch-ups
At Revol Carz the panels are primed, wet-sanded, then carefully masked before entering the spray booth. After the new coat is laid, it is wet-sanded once more and polished to bring up the deep shine. The process requires patience at each stage.
