What the car came in for

This Volvo S90 came to Revol Carz for a ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection coating. The owner wanted long-term gloss and protection for the paintwork, with the most durable option in the ZeTough range.

Our team prepped and decontaminated the body, then applied the ZeTough Titanium coating in our workshop. The photos below show the S90 at the end of the visit, with the protected finish locked in.

What a ZeTough Titanium coating does

ZeTough Titanium is the premium tier in the ZeTough range. It bonds to the clear coat and forms a hard, transparent layer that sits between the world and your factory finish, so swirl marks, light scratches, and the everyday grime that dulls a car all hit the coating first.

  • Above 9H scratch resistance, SGS-tested
  • Permanent coating with long-term durability
  • UV, chemical, and oxidation resistance
  • Hydrophobic finish so dirt and water release cleanly

It is SGS-tested and rated above 9H scratch resistance, with strong UV, chemical, and oxidation resistance. Day to day, the car stays glossier for longer and washes off more easily because dirt does not bond as readily to the coated surface.
