What the car came in for

This XPeng G9 came to Revol Carz for ZeTough Titanium Paint Protection, the most durable coating in our range. The owner wanted maximum long-term gloss and the strongest available defence against the elements.

Our team prepped and decontaminated the body, then laid down the ZeTough Titanium coating in our workshop. The photos below show the G9 at the end of the visit, with the protected finish locked in.

What a ZeTough Titanium coating does

ZeTough Titanium is our premium paint protection coating, engineered for the longest-lasting gloss and the toughest defence of any product in the ZeTough range. It bonds to the clear coat as a permanent shell, so light scratches, swirl marks, UV, oxidation, chemicals, and everyday road grime all hit the coating before the paint underneath.

  • Extreme hydrophobic and self-cleaning behaviour
  • Deep, mirror-like gloss with minimal upkeep

Independently tested above 9H pencil hardness, the coating brings strong hydrophobic and self-cleaning behaviour, anti-graffiti and chemical resistance, and a deep, mirror-like finish. Maintenance afterwards stays minimal because dirt does not bond as readily to the coated surface.
