ZeTough is the SGS-certified ceramic coating product line applied at Revol Carz Makeover, available in three tiers across hardness, durability, and price.
What it means
ZeTough is built on SiO2 chemistry and tested by SGS, an independent third-party inspection body. Test reports cover reagent resistance and pencil hardness, which is why every tier has a verifiable hardness rating rather than a marketing claim. The range has three tiers. Glass 6H is the entry tier, from S$588, rated 6H pencil hardness, lasting around 3 years. Ceramic 9H is the mid tier, from S$688, rated 9H, with longer durability. Titanium is the premium tier, from S$888, rated above 9H, with a 5-year warranty extendable to 7 years. All three tiers go through the same prep workflow: decontamination, paint correction, climate-controlled application, and a controlled cure. Customers receive printed warranty paperwork on collection.
