What services does Revol Carz offer?

We cover most things a car needs short of a crash workshop. Car grooming and detailing, ceramic and Titanium paint protection coating, spray painting and bodywork repair, a quick member car wash with vacuum, and a specialist servicing workshop for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Volkswagen. It is all under our own roofs, so a car that comes in for a coating can also have a stone chip sprayed or a service booked without being passed to anyone else.

How long has Revol Carz been in business?

Since 2003. We started as freelance mobile groomers working out of three rented HDB car park lots, moved into Ang Mo Kio AutoPoint in 2008, and have grown into multiple full-service centres since. We are the only car care specialist in Singapore to have won the SGCarMart Star Merchant Award 14 years running.

Where are your centres?

Two grooming and coating centres, plus the workshop. The first centre is at 10 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2A, #01-12 and #01-13, Ang Mo Kio AutoPoint, Singapore 568047, inside Singapore's largest cluster of car workshops and easy to reach from Ang Mo Kio, Bishan and Toa Payoh. The second is at Blk 42 Toh Guan Road East, #01-75, Enterprise Hub, Singapore 608583, for the Jurong side and the west. Revol Carz Garage, our European car servicing workshop, is at the Ang Mo Kio AutoPoint site.

What are your opening hours?

The Ang Mo Kio Makeover branch is open Monday to Sunday, 8.30am to 6.30pm. The Toh Guan branch is open Monday to Sunday, 8.30am to 6.30pm, but closed on Tuesdays. Revol Carz Garage is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday, 9am to 4pm. All branches close on public holidays. You do not need an appointment for an assessment and quote, just drive in during opening hours.

How do I book or get in touch?

What paints and equipment do you use?

For spray work we use Spies Hecker paint systems, the same brand used on European marques like BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi, applied in a dust-free spray booth and cured in an oven, both imported from Saima of Italy. Our coating, ZeTough, is SGS-certified, having passed independent reagent and hardness testing rather than just our own say-so.

What is ZeTough 9H ceramic coating?

ZeTough is a liquid SiO2 coating that bonds to the clear coat and cures into a hard, glass-like layer. Unlike wax or a polish, which sit on top and wash off in weeks, it forms a hydrophobic, scratch-resistant shield that lasts years and helps the paint shrug off water stains, bird droppings, UV and oxidation.

How long does a ceramic coating last?

A professional-grade coating typically holds up for three to five years with proper care. Our Titanium tier comes with a five-year warranty, extendable to seven. How long it actually performs depends a lot on how the car is used and washed, which is the honest answer to the next question.

How much does ceramic coating cost in Singapore?

Glass Coating 6H from S$588, Ceramic Coating 9H from S$688, and Titanium Coating from S$888. Every package includes full paint correction beforehand, interior grooming, engine bay cleaning and a warranty, so the price is for the whole job, not just the coating. The exact figure depends on the car's size, paint colour and current condition.

Does a coated car still need washing and maintenance?

Yes, and we will not pretend otherwise. A car that is washed regularly, parked indoors and looked after can stay in great shape for a long time. A car that lives outdoors, is driven daily and washed less often will still pick up wear over time. The coating makes washing far easier, since dirt and grime release with a rinse, but it is paint protection, not a force field. We will tell you what your coating needs and what it does not.

Is the S$10 member wash safe on coated paint?

Yes. Our member wash uses pH-neutral shampoo specifically so it does not strip or harm paint protection. It is a good way to keep a coated car clean between bigger details.

How much does car spray painting cost?

Panel spray painting starts from S$200 per panel, depending on the car's class and how complex the paint is. A full car respray typically starts from S$1,300, depending on the size of the car and the paint type. Panel beating starts from S$50, and paintless dent removal from S$25 for the first dent. We give you a full breakdown before any work starts.

How long does a spray painting job take?

A single damaged panel can usually be turned around in one working day by appointment. A full respray usually takes seven to fourteen days, because proper preparation, painting and curing cannot be rushed without the finish suffering for it later.

Do you use a dust-free spray booth?

Yes. All spray work is done in a sealed, pressurised dust-free booth with multi-stage air filtration, then oven-baked to cure. That is what keeps the finish free of dust nibs and contamination and gets it close to a factory result.

Will the repaired panel match the rest of my car?

A panel that does not blend with the rest of the car is the most visible sign of poor spray work, so this is the part we are fussiest about. We use computerised colour matching with Spies Hecker paint systems and check the panel under several different light conditions before you collect the car.

Do you help with insurance claims?

Yes. Our claims team can handle the processing and paperwork for accident damage repairs, so the insurance side is one less thing for you to chase.

What is panel beating, and what is paintless dent removal?

Panel beating is bodywork that reshapes a dented, creased or deformed metal panel back to its original form using presses, dollies and careful hammering, before it is primed and repainted. It starts from S$50 per panel. Paintless dent removal, or PDR, fixes minor dents and dings without touching the factory paint: a technician works the metal back into shape from behind the panel with special rods. It starts from S$25 for the first dent. Which one suits your car depends on whether the paint is damaged.

Is spray painting work covered by a warranty?

Yes. All our spray painting work is backed by a one-year warranty. If something is not right within that time, bring the car back and we will sort it.

Why should I groom my car?

Regular grooming removes the contamination, light oxidation and embedded grime that dull paint over time, and keeps the interior from ageing prematurely. Done properly and often enough, it protects the car's appearance and helps hold its resale value, rather than letting small problems build into expensive ones.

What is included in a grooming session?

It varies by package, but a typical session covers a thorough exterior wash and decontamination, paint polishing to bring back gloss and reduce swirl marks, and a full interior clean and vacuum. Tell us the car's condition and what you want out of it, and we will recommend the right package rather than upsell you into the biggest one.

How long does a grooming session take?

Most sessions take a few hours, depending on the package and the state the car is in. We will give you a realistic time when you drop it off.

How often can I polish my car?

Polishing removes a microscopic layer of clear coat each time, so it is not something to do every month. Once or twice a year is plenty for most cars. If the paint is in good shape, lighter maintenance work is usually all it needs, and we will say so rather than polish it for the sake of it.

Can you restore yellowed or hazy headlights?

Yes. Headlight restoration sands back the oxidised, UV-damaged outer layer of the lens and refinishes it, which clears up the yellow haze and improves how much light actually gets through at night. It is a quick job and makes an older car look noticeably fresher.

Can I drive in the rain after a grooming session?

Yes, a standard grooming session does not stop you driving in the rain straight after. If your car has just had a fresh coating applied, that is different, and we will give you specific instructions on the day about keeping it dry while it cures.

How much does the Revol Carz car wash cost, and what is included?

S$10. That covers a full body power wash, a deep clean of the wheels and rims, and an interior vacuum. It is a members-only service, kept simple and cheap so customers can pop in and keep the car clean without booking a full detail.

How long does the car wash take?

About 20 to 30 minutes on average for the wash itself, not counting any wait if there is a queue.

Who is eligible for the S$10 car wash?

It is limited to Revol Carz members, meaning customers who currently hold a Paint Protection or Car Grooming package with us.

Which centres offer the car wash?

Both grooming centres: Ang Mo Kio AutoPoint, and Blk 42 Toh Guan Road East, #01-75, Enterprise Hub, Singapore 608583. Mind the Toh Guan branch is closed on Tuesdays.

Which car makes does Revol Carz Garage service?

BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Volkswagen. Our technicians are trained specifically on these four marques and use brand-specific diagnostic tools, whether the car needs routine servicing, engine work, transmission repair or electrical fault tracing.

Do you use original OEM parts?

Yes. We use original replacement parts and engine oil to factory specification, sourced from reputable OEM suppliers and stockists. For older cars near the end of their life, where budget is a real consideration, we can recommend original OEM factory parts as a sensible, cost-effective option and talk you through the trade-offs.

Are there hidden costs in a service or repair?

No. We work to a full cost breakdown that you see and approve before any work begins, so there are no surprises on collection. If something extra turns up mid-job, we stop and check with you first.

Where is the workshop, and what are its hours?

Can I get a quote over WhatsApp without coming down?

We can give you a ballpark over WhatsApp if you send clear photos plus the car's make, model and year and a description of what you want done. A firm price still needs us to see the car in person, because paint condition, panel count and the type of finish all change the figure.

How is the price for my job worked out?

It depends on the work. For spray painting, the car's class, the paint type and complexity, how many panels are involved and the condition of the bodywork. For coating, the car's size, paint colour and current state. For servicing, the parts and labour the job actually needs. We break it all down before you commit to anything.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The quote we give you is the quote, and you approve the full breakdown before work starts. If something unexpected comes up partway through, we pause and check with you rather than adding it to the bill.

Do you price-match a cheaper quote?

We do not chase the lowest number, and we would rather be straight with you about why. The cheapest resprays and details often look fine on collection day, then dull, fade or peel within a year because the preparation was rushed or the materials were not up to it. What we charge reflects proper preparation, professional equipment and materials, and a result that still looks right months and years later. If price is the only thing that matters, we are probably not the cheapest option, and that is by design.

What warranty comes with spray painting work?

All spray painting work is backed by a one-year warranty. If a finish issue shows up within that time, bring the car back and we will put it right.

What warranty comes with workshop repairs?

Repairs at Revol Carz Garage come with a minimum one-year warranty on the workmanship.

What warranty comes with a ceramic coating?

Every coating package includes a warranty. The Titanium tier specifically carries a five-year warranty, extendable to seven. We will explain what the warranty covers and the maintenance that keeps it valid when you collect the car.

What aftercare does a coated car need?

Regular washing with a pH-neutral shampoo, drying with clean microfibre, and keeping the car out of harsh sun and bird droppings where you can. The coating makes all of this easier, but it does not remove the need for it. Our member wash is built around coating-safe products if you want us to handle it.

Something does not look right after I collect my car. What should I do?

Come back and show us. Because grooming, coating, spray work and servicing are all under our own roofs, we can look at it ourselves rather than sending you elsewhere. If it is within the relevant warranty, it is covered. If it is wear or something unrelated, we will tell you that honestly too.

How often should I wash a coated car?

There is no single rule, since it depends on where the car is parked and how it is driven. As a guide, a car kept outdoors and used daily benefits from a wash every week or two, while a garaged weekend car can go longer. The point of the coating is that each wash is quicker and gentler on the paint, not that you can skip washing altogether.
