Day 3 Following up on the Lexus ES300H which was in for a full spray painting. Our spray painting specialist conducted a thorough inspection of the car’s surface and uncovered the passenger-side rear panel had been heavily filled with putty, with no proper panel repair done underneath. Excess filler may hide damage temporarily, but it doesn’t restore the panel’s strength or shape. Our team removed the excessive putty, carefully reshaped the metal panel, and repaired every imperfection the right way. Only after the surface was properly restored and refined did we proceed with the respray process — ensuring a smooth, durable, and factory-correct finish.
