Why it is always good to visit a shop who know their stuff?
Mr. William’s Mercedes Benz A160 is having Door lock issue as not able to lock using his remote control and was referred to us for assistance.

The fault code revealed no lock switch fault, can be ignored but William’s A160 indeed is having Door not able to lock issue hence we cannot ignore it.
Having enough experience in the Mercedes Benz, we understand that this car is using Vacuum Pump braking technology but what actually goes wrong within the Pump as it rarely will spoil.
We took it out and wanted to test the voltage and then we see this pebble of water in the box to realize the Braking Vacuum Pump have been soaked with water and the clause-improper fixture of rear in car camera.
As William’s 17 years old Braking Vacuum Pump unit have completely fail due to the water seepage, we manage to use our resources to get him another piece which able to resolve his not able to lock woes FINALLY!
We also give this Mercedes Benz A160 a complimentary car wash and vacuum before returning him back his precious car!
